Become a coach

Interested in joining our team of coaches?

Ensuring our coaches are the right fit to work with our clients is incredibly important to us.

To do this, we require that all coaches have:

  • formal coaching accreditation or extensive experience in mentoring and/or coaching

  • current ACT Working With Vulnerable People registration, and

  • completed trauma-informed coaching training.

Our coaches must:

  • uphold and support our Code of Ethics, in particular by providing strengths-based, non-judgemental and confidential coaching

  • be flexible in meeting the needs of clients, and

  • ensure clients make their own goals and decisions.

To join our team, coaches commit to:

  • completing our intake process

  • working as part of our MCMF community of coaches

  • participating in service evaluation, and

  • attending group supervision for coaches.

Does this sound like the right kind of coaching opportunity for you?
